Last week we had very mixed weather so some of the days we were a lot more busy than others. On Tuesday the first day of March, we had Korean bbq at Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong and after a really good dinner we continued on to see The Knicks at Madison Sq Garden. Denice caught a t-shirt at the game (with one hand standing on one foot and won over two other guys who tried to take it, hehe). We had a fun night. This was the first time D ate Korean food and her first time at a basketball game so it was fun that J could get us all tickets through work. There was plenty of famous people there then too. Michael J Fox, Michael Rapaport, John Turturro, K. Michelle and Nicky Jam
Jim and I went to Webster Hall on Friday and saw three bands. PWR, some other really bad band and then Ra Ra Riot, who we have seen twice before. I had such great time there. That place is huge so after the concert ended we went downstairs and had an entire dance floor to ourselves and below that was another stage with some old band playing.

Stayed up watching The Oscars last night. Jeanette and her friend came over and we were all excited to see who will win. Us Swedish girls got so happy for Alicia Vikander. I have seen her in Ex Machina and really liked her. I haven’t had the chance to see The Danish Girl yet, but now I definitely will. This is the second Oscar win to someone from Sweden..ever..and I’m actually very happy for her. And then we all of course were happy for Leo DiCaprio who finally got his Oscar. He’s such a talented actor and he deserves it.
We have had a pretty good week even if the weather kinda sucked. On Wednesday we went to Lincoln Center to see the New York City Ballet present Balanchine Black & White. I haven’t see that much ballet in a long time and those pieces is very ballet ballet with strict backgrounds and repeating movements, but it’s good to see stuff like that too sometimes. And on Saturday we went to a concert. Very odd concert actually. The starting band, The Heirs, were very professional and I like them a lot on stage but it was a short performance. And, unfortunately, all of us were disappointed at the main band, The Big Pink. The lead singer married a girl that now have joined the band which we all think is a huge mistake. Their concert that we went to a few years ago was a lot better. But, oh well, it was a fun night anyway:)

It was finally warmer outside this weekend. On Saturday we went up to 86 Street and walked in Central Park. A lot of people but that’s how it is when it’s 15ºc outside after several days of freezing cold. Yesterday we walked up to Madison Sq Park, had coffee on a bench there and watched cute dogs and excited kids run around.
Today is lovely. This morning we bought coffee and hung out by the Hudson River. We should def spend the day outside today, so I’m off now:) Have an awesome day my friends!
