I know, I know, it’s been a few months. I miss blogging, really, I do! But I have other priorities now. I’m hoping to be back at writing and sharing pictures of our lives here in Florida, I just can’t promise you when that’ll be.

Lily is 9 months old tomorrow. How is she already 9 months old?! Time is flying by a little too fast, I can barely keep up, there are new things happening in Lily’s world every single day and I am trying my hardest to be present and to take note of everything. Every new moments is more precious than the previous one, we love our little girl ♥

Hello and Happy New Year! I can’t believe it’s 2022 already, what happened to 2021? Well, 2021 was probably the busiest, most exciting and biggest life changing year of my life hahah, but yet it feels like it barely existed. But I hope you all had a wonderful year and that this one has started out great as well!
I’m sorry for not updating here. The last post was around Halloween, obviously a lot has happened since then, but I have chosen to spend my time doing other things. But I’m not ready to give up this blog, I’ve had it for so long and I love to write and share pictures. So I will try to go back to updating here more often.
However, I am currently taking a social media break for a little while. I haven’t logged in since Tuesday last week. I just felt like I’ve spent too much time scrolling through meaningless crap online the past months – cause breastfeeding isn’t always that fun and when you have nothing to do other than wait for baby to be done eating, scrolling around is an easy thing to do to pass time. But it can be kinda toxic as well. Looking at all the happy moments and highlights of other peoples lives (cause nobody shares pictures or stories of their bad days) can sometimes make you feel that you and/or your life isn’t enough, which it is. So, taking a break feels nice sometimes, I kinda enjoy it to be honest. So once I’m back from my social media break, I’ll be back here as well, stay tuned 😀

Happy Halloween!
Clearly mamma and daddy are way more excited about today than the two babies haha. Lily’s grandma and grandpa didn’t just give her three little Care Bears to play with, they also sent an outfit. It’s a bit big on her but oh my so cute. Since we have focused more on getting our house in order we haven’t spent much time thinking about Halloween this year, so this was a quick costume idea 😀

I actually took photos of Lily during two separate times. The first setup wasn’t great (in our bed among pillows) and she wasn’t really in the mood for it that long plus I was alone at home so I couldn’t get help entertaining her which I got the second time. However, now I like the first photos better than the ones from the second shoot on the couch hahaha because she is smiling a bit more (I want one picture to put in her baby book). Either way, she’s cute no matter what and babies in costumes is just adorable:)
