Vaknade pa fantastisk bra humor idag! Jag ar otroligt traningssugen. Det har blivit lite traning sedan matforgiftning och forkylning men inte mycket. Kroppen behover fa svettas och gora sig av med allt fran de senaste tva veckorna. Den har veckan tanker jag fokusera pa kondition och styrka for hamstrings pa gymmet i var byggnad. Imorgon hoppas jag pa att ha svart att ga i trappor, haha.

Woke up in a fantastic mood today! I have an incredible hunger for working out. I’ve been working out a little since the food poisoning and the cold but not much. The body needs to sweat and get rid of everything from the past two weeks. This week I want to focus on cardio and strength for hamstrings at the gym in our building. I’m hoping for that I will have trouble walking up the stairs tomorrow, haha.
