God morgon! Solen reflekterar i mina agon fran One World Trade Center. Helt underbart. Kan inte se vad jag skriver, men det gor inget.
Jag alskar att ata grot pa morgonen. Det ar enkelt och man kan blanda i lite vad man kanner for. Idag har jag mandelmjolk, gojibar, kokosflan, russin och kanel som topping. Blev en valdigt sot smak, men anda ratt gott.

Igar var jag och tog en kaffe med Emma. Hamnade pa Fika pa 28th Street and Park Ave. Harligt att uppdatera om livet. Jag akte sen hem en snabbis och bytte om. Fick ett sms om att jag skulle ga pa pole dance sjalv igen och blev plotsligt lite opepp. Men jag beslutade mig for att aka dit, jag gor det har for min skull och jag har satt mal som jag vill uppna.
Det var en annan larare dar igar. Uppvarmningen kandes som en tontig fotbolls-uppvarmning. Inga muskler blev varma och min vanstra hamstring som hade bajsat sig redan innan jag kom dit ville snart ge upp. Da kom saklart lararen och pressade mig hardare pa just det benet, var tvungen att saga till henne att jag inte var tillrakligt varm an. Sen pang pa sa borjade vi med koreografi. Mycket hanga i stangen och anvanda armar och core for att fa benen att gora andra saker. Efter klass var jag sa hungrig att jag trodde jag skulle tuppa av pa subway hem. Hade inte fatt i mig mycket mat under dagen. Nar jag kom hem bestallde min alskling pizza. Hahha, kanske inte det nyttigaste men gott var det. 

Good morning! The sun is reflecting in my eyes from One World Trade Center. Absolutely wonderful. Can’t see what I write, but, whatever.
I love to eat porridge in the morning. It’s easy and you can mix in whatever you like. Today I have almond milk, gojiberry , coconut flakes, raisins and cinnamon for topping. It’s kinda sweet taste, but it’s quite tasty.
Yesterday I went for a coffee with Emma. Ended up on Fika on 28th Street and Park Ave. Nice to update about life. I then went home quick and changed clothes. Got a text that I would go on pole dancing alone again and was suddenly not that excited. But I decided to go there anyways, I do it for my sake and I have new goals that I want to achieve.
It was another teacher yesterday. The warm-up felt like a geeky soccer warm-up. No muscles got warm and my left hamstring that had been crappy already before I got there, soon wanted to give up. Then of course came the teacher and pushed me harder on that particular leg, had to tell her that I wasn’t warm enough yet. Then straight on we began with the choreography. A lot of hanging in the pole and use arms and core to get the legs to do other things. After class I was so hungry I thought I would pass out on the subway home. Had not been eating much food during the day. When I came home my honey ordered pizza. Hahha, maybe not the healthiest but it was great.

IMG_20140401_170744Det var sa harligt vader igar. Visserligen fryser jag for allt, sa nar andra gick i t-shirt sa hade jag vinterjackan och halsduk, haha. I solen var det enormt varmt dock. Gick en promenad langs Hudson River pa typ 1,5 timme. Kom hem och gick sen ner till gymmet.
Spenderade 2 timmar pa gymmet. Det blev forst 30 min pa lopbandet. Jag gillar inte att springa, sa jag varvar mycket powerwalk och spring samtidigt som jag lyssnar pa power musik, helst som jag kan mima till (for mitt pa dagen ar jag oftast dar helt ensam). Sen en timmes styrka. Mycket hamstring och triceps. Som avslut en stretch pa 30 min. Helt underbart! 

Nu ar klockan 10am och jag har redan varit pa gymmet en kortis (crosstrainer och sen abs), kokat kaffe, duschat, stekt agg och njutit av en mysig frukoststund. Jag alskar att trana direkt pa morgonen, men att trana innan frukost ar inte alltid det basta. Efter en halvtimme var jag super hungrig och behovde ga tillbaka upp till lagenheten. Men det kanns skont att ha tranat och man far sa mycket energi for dagen. Senare idag ska jag traffa min kara van Emma och ikvall blir det pole dance igen:)

It was so lovely weather yesterday. Although, I’m freezing all the time, so when others walked in t-shirt, I had my winter jacket and scarf, haha. In the sun it was incredibly hot though. Went for a walk along the Hudson River for like 1,5 hours. Came home and then went down to the gym.
Spent 2 hours at the gym. Started first with 30 minutes on the treadmill. I don’t like to run, so I switch between power walk and run while I’m listening to power music, preferably something that I can mime to (cause during the day I’m usually completely alone there). Then an hour of strength. A lot of hamstring and triceps. Ending with a stretch for 30 minutes. Absolutely wonderful!
Now it’s 10am and I have already been a shorter time at the gym (cross trainer and then abs), made ​​coffee, showered, fried eggs and enjoyed a cozy breakfast time. I love to work out directly in the morning, but training before breakfast is not always the best. After half an hour I was super hungry and needed to go back up to the apartment. But it feels great to have worked out and you get energy for the day. Later today I will see my dear friend Emma and tonight it’s pole dance again:)

Jag mobilbloggade igar, men ser nu att det inte hade kommit upp. Aja, sa ar det ibland med internet. Idag, precis som igar, ar det stralande fint vader. Inte jattevarmt, men helt underbart. Jag satt i solen i tva timmar igar och laste, drack mitt kaffe och fick mig en dos D-vitamin. 

I blogged on my phone yesterday, but I can see now that it didn’t show up here. Well, well, that’s how it is sometimes with internet. Today, just like yesterday, it’s super sunny nice weather. Not very varm, but totally wonderful. I was sitting in the sun for two hours yesterday and read, drank my coffee and got a dose of D-vitamin.

Nagot jag nu saknar ar all den yoga jag tog pa DNA. Jag gillar verkligen TaraMarie Perri‘s Mind Body Dancer Yoga. It all makes sense to me. MBDYoga kommer nu att halla till pa Gibney 280 och jag ar sa glad over detta! Jag har forsokt folja vart lararna jag tog klass for och se vart de undervisar nu nar DNA stangt ner. Nu nar jag kanner att det kliar i min yoga kropp igen borjar de antligen att undervisa i valkanda studios igen. Fr.o.m 31 Mars kommer det finns klasser pa 280 Broadway. 

Yoga har hjalpt mig med mycket det senaste aren. Min alskade man har en fantastisk syn pa livet och det inspirerar mig, men aven yoga har hjalpt mig mycket. TaraMarie ar en fantastisk person och MBDYoga har varit helt ratt for mig. Alla de andra larare som ar utbildade i MBDYoga genom TaraMarie ar ocksa otroligt fina manniskor och jag lar mig sa mycket genom dem. 

Something I now miss is all the yoga I took at DNA. I really like TaraMarie Perri‘s Mind Body Dancer Yoga. It all makes sense to me. MBDYoga will now be at Gibney 280 and I’m so happy about this! I have tried to follow every teacher I used to take class for and see where they teach now when DNA is shut down. Now when I begin to feel the itch in my yoga body again they finally start to teach in well known studios again. From March 31, there will be classes at 280 Broadway. 
Yoga has helped me a lot the last couple of years. My wonderful husband has a fantastic view on life and that inspires me, but also yoga has helped me a lot. TaraMarie is a fantastic person and MBDYoga has been completely right for me. All the other teachers who are trained in MBDYoga by Tara Marie, are incredibly nice people too and I learn so much through them.

Blue da ba dee da ba dai…..

Jag ser ut som om jag har varit med i en bilolycka eller nagot. Fick en chock nar jag vaknade imorse och sag hur mina smalben och fotter ser ut. Gron-bla och stora blamarken. Tur att det ar for kallt for att ha pa sig shorts eller klanning idag, haha. Mina muskler ar harligt omma efter bade modernt och pole. Min nacksparr har typ kommit tillbaka under natten ocksa vilket ar lite mindre harligt. Maste nog kopa nya kuddar. 

For ovrigt sa langtar jag nagot sa otroligt efter varen. Vi har ju haft ett par superfina varma dagar, men den har vinter slar sig tillbaka hela tiden. Haromdagen varnades det for snostorm (vilket sen aldrig blev nagot) och idag ar det minusgrader. Tog en promenad innan och gar man i solen ar det ratt skont, men jag langtar tills man slipper vinterjackan. Jag vill svettas, sitta pa uteserveringar, bli rod om nasan och lasa i en bok och dricka iskaffe i Central Park.

I look like I’ve been in a car accident or something. Got shocked when I woke up this morning and saw how my shins and feet look like. Green-blue and large bruises. Good thing it’s too cold for wearing shorts or a dress today, haha. My muscles are delightfully sore after both modern and pole. My stiff neck kinda come back during the night, too, which is a little less delightful. Must buy new pillows I think.
Other than that, I’m so looking forward for spring. We’ve had a couple of super fine warm days, but this winter keeps coming back. The other day they warned for a blizzard (which then never came) and today is minus degrees outside. Took a walk before and if you walk in the sun it’s quiet nice, but I can not wait until not wearing a winter jacket. I want to sweat, sit on restaurants outside area, get a red nose and read in a book and drinking iced coffee in Central Park.
