Hade familje-skype igar. Min syster har flyttat till Grekland idag. Oh, sa spannande! Saknar henne massor dock, sa hoppas att det kommer finnas iaf lite tid att skypa ibland. 
Efter var skype akte Jim och jag till midtown och at frukost pa Comfort Inn (dit vi alltid gick nar vi bodde dar) tillsammans med vanner till J’s familj. Trevligt. Resten av dagen bestod av promenad i solen, workout pa gymmet, iskaffe i solen och pa kvallen sag vi forst Walk the Line och sedan min favorit film Leon; The Professional. Har sett den sakert 10 ganger forut men nu var det ett par ar sedan, sa kul att vi nu har kopt den:) 
En inte sa spannade dag kanske, men det var en skon dag. Idag ska vi planera lite infor Stockholm och ev. aka upp till Central Park.

Had a family-skype yesterday. My sister moved to Greece today. Oh, so exciting! Miss her a lot though, so I hope there will be at least some time to skype sometime. 
After our skype, Jim and I went to midtown and ate breakfast at Comfort Inn (where we always went when we lived there) together with friends of J’s family. Nice. The rest of the day consisted of walks in the sun, workout at the gym, icecoffee in the sun and at night we first watched Walk the Line and then my favorite movie Leon; The Professional. Have seen it maybe 10 times before but it was a couple of years ago since the last time, so fun that we now bought it:)
Not that exciting day maybe, but it was a nice day. Today we will plan for the trip to Stockholm and maybe go up to Central Park.

Tjingeling

Tidigare idag spenderade jag tva timmar nere pa gymmet. Korde pa hart. Borjade med traning for armar och overkropp, sprang en stund pa lopbandet, gjorde benovningar och avslutade med en stretch. Ett annorlunda upplagg, men det passade mig idag. Efterat var jag superhungrig saklart sa jag gjorde iordning en tallrik med gronsaker och couscous. Mm!
Nu vantar jag pa att mannen ska komma hem. Wohoo, fredagsmys! Oj, ne, usch, jag gillar inte det ordet…fredagsmys. Nagon reklam pa tv nar man var mindre har forstort det. Svenskt och trakigt. Nej. Ikvall blir det mys och sa ar det fredag. Det lat ju lite battre iaf 🙂 Far se vad vi hittar pa. Hade tankt ga pa en Yankees game, men det blev installt pga regn, sa da far det istallet bli nagot annat trevligt. 

Earlier today I spent two hours down at the gym. Worked out hard. Started with arms and upper body, ran for a while on the treadmill, did leg exercises and finished with a stretch. A different approach, but it fit me today. Afterwards I was so hungry of course, so I made a plate with greens and couscous. Mm!
Now I’m waiting for the man to come home. Wohoo, cozy-friday! Oh, no, no, I don’t like that word…cozy-friday. Some commercial on tv when I was younger has ruined that (in Sweden, the word is “fredagsmys”). It’s Swedish and boring. No. Tonight will be cozy and it is Friday. That sounded a little better at least 🙂 We’ll see what we will do. Planned on going to a Yankees game, but it got cancelled due to the rain, so then it will be something else that is nice.
