Cutie!!

Thor mar bra. Han sov nastan hela dagen i onsdags och sen hade han massor med energi igar. Han later fortfarande lite konstigt, men han ar mycket battre nu. Fick hora fran andra hundagare har att en forkylning gar runt och manga hundar ar allergiska, sa inte sa konstigt om T later som han gor. Men han ater och dricker som han ska och nu leker han for fullt igen. Han sover fortfarande mycket, men han ar ju en bebis sa det hor till.
Igar var vi pa middag med nagon Jim jobbar med och hans fru. Vi at pa en ny Mexican restaurant har i Battery Park. Smidigt for mannen som jobbar bredvid och smidigt for oss som bor har:) Vi bestallde in massor med mat och allt var sa gott! Verkligen ett stalle att rekommendera. Tog inga bilder, men tro mig, det sag otroligt gott ut och smakade annu battre. Sa kul nar vi fruar far folja med pa middags “moten” 🙂

Thor feels fine. He slept almost all day on Wednesday and then he had lots of energy yesterday. He still sound a little weird, but he is a lot better. Heard from other dog owners here that there is a cold going around and a lot of dogs has allergies, so no wonder if T sounds like he does. But he eats and drinks like he should and now he’s playing like normal again. He still sleeps a lot, but he is a baby so that is normal. 
Yesterday we had dinner with someone Jim works with and his wife. We ate at a new Mexican restaurant here in Battery Park. Easy for the man that works right next to it and easy for us that lives here:) We ordered a lot of food and everything was delicious! Really a place to recommend. Didn’t take any pictures, but believe me, it looked incredibly good and tasted even better. So fun when us wives gets to come to dinner “meetings” 🙂

Jo, Thor borjar bli forkyld. Han ater bra, men han ar mycket trottare idag an andra dagar. Det blir bara lugna lekar idag och mycket vatten, sa far vi se om han ar battre imorgon. Det later ju sa hemskt nar han andas och jag vill garna underlatta for honom, men vi far vanta och se. Forhoppningsvis gar det over snart. Annars far vi ringa veterinaren. Jim tror att han blivit sjuk pa sjukhuset nar vi kom in i mandags och sa kan det ju va. Han ar liten och kan dra pa sig allt. Men det finns ju manga andra orsaker till en forkylning sa jag tror ingenting just nu, jag vill bara att min baby ska vila och bli frisk. 
Han var vaken i 45 min nu men gick sen och la sig igen i sin nya soffa. Stackars liten.

Ya, Thor is getting a cold. He eats well, but he is a lot more tired today than other days. It will only be slower playtimes today and lots of water, and then we’ll see if he is better tomorrow. It sounds so horrible when he is breathing and I so badly want to help him, but we’ll have to wait and see. Hopefully it will be over soon. Otherwise we have to call the vet. Jim thinks he got sick at the hospital when we came in on Monday and maybe that’s the case. He is young and can get everything. But there is many reasons for a cold so I don’t think anything right now, I just want my baby to rest and get healthy. 
He has been awake for 45 min now but went to sleep again on his new couch. Poor little one. 

Vi hade planer pa att ga ut och ata i mandags nar lillen skulle sova, men efter ett besok pa emergency tyckte vi att det var bast att vi stannade hemma hos T. Bestallde hem pizza (var brollopsmiddag var pizza) fran dominos (inte riktigt som en Italiensk pizza men anda god) och tittade pa film. En mysig och simpel kvall. 
Jag kopte aven en present till Jim nar jag var i Sverige. En liten sak, men jag tyckte att han var vard det. Han tappade bort sitt armband (julklapp 2012) under vart wedding-party forra aret, sa nu fick han ett nytt:)
Det var ett bra 1-ars firande. Jag fick va med mina tva killar som jag alskar. Pizza och ett glas vitt far bli var nya tradition tror jag. 

We had plans of going out to eat on Monday when the little guy was gonna sleep, but after a visit at the emergency we thought it was best to stay home with T. Ordered pizza (our wedding dinner was pizza) from dominos (not exactly an Italian pizza but still good) and saw a movie. A cozy and simple night.
I also bought a gift for Jim when I was in Sweden. A small thing, but I thought he was worth it. He lost his bracelet (Christmas gift 2012) during our wedding-party last year, so now he got a new one:)
It was a nice 1-year celebration. I got to spend time with my two boys that I love. Pizza and a glass of white has to be our new tradition, I think. 

Hej onsdag! Jag ar pa superbra humor idag! Allt kanns bara sa underbart. Tanker pa min alskade man hela tiden och pa hur mycket jag alskar honom. Det racker gott och val for att gora en dag bra 🙂
Vi har vaknat om och om igen under natten for att se om lillen spyr. Vi vill veta vad han at i mandags, men an har vi inte sett nagot. Han har problem med andningen, men nu misstanker vi att han borjar bli forkyld for nu later det mer fran nasan an halsen. Oh, vi vill att lillen ska ma bra. Han har massor med energi och ater ordentligt, sa vi oroar oss inte i onodan. 

Hi Wednesday! I’m in a super good mood today! Everything just feels so wonderful. Thinking of my dear husband all the time and on how much I love him. It’s more then enough to make a day good 🙂
We have been waking up over and over at night to see if the little one will throw up. We want to know what he ate on Monday, but we haven’t seen anything yet. He has problems with his breathing, but now we suspect that he has got a cold cause now noises are coming more from the nose than the throat. Oh, we want the little guy to be ok. He has a lot of energy and eats well, so we are not worried yet.

De storsta utmaningarna vi har varje dag ar att ta med Thor ut. Han ater ALLT! Vi ar valdigt bra pa att kolla marken han gar pa och om han lyckas fa tag i ett lov ar vi snabba med att fa ut det. Men igar var han lite for snabb for mig. Jag sag inget pa marken men anda tuggade han. Sen slutade han att andas. Jag gjorde mitt basta att hjalpa honom, men tillslut sprang jag till veterinaren som tack och lov ligger 30 sekunder ifran varat hus.
De tog in honom direkt och vi var dar i en timme. Doktorn fick inte upp nagot men Thor fick kvaljningar nar han kande pa halsen, sa de x-rayed hans hals. Da fanns det inget langre, sa de x-rayed magen men kunde inte hitta nagot metall eller annat pa bilderna. Vi fick ga hem och Thor madde bra. Vi haller nu koll pa om han spyr eller bajsar ut vad det nu an var han hade atit. Han spydde inatt kl 4am men det inneholl inget som kunde orsaka att han kvavdes.
Den har staden har sa mycket skit pa gatorna. Flygande lov ar inget vi direkt oroar oss for, men allt annat skit som glas, metallbitar, tuggummi eller farliga mediciner. Stackars lillen!
Jag haller honom lugn nu. Hans andning fungerar bra men han later lite konstigt (formodligen fran att veterinaren stoppade fingrarna i halsen pa honom). Vi har vaknat flera ganger inatt for att halla koll pa honom. Thor’s naps ar lite kortare ocksa for att andningen irriterar ibland. Men han mar bra vilket ar viktigast. Fy sa radd jag var!

The biggest challenges we have every day is to take Thor out. He eats EVERYTHING! We are pretty good in checking the ground he walks on and if he would succeed to eat a leaf then we quickly get it out. But yesterday he was a little to fast for me. I didn’t see anything on the ground but he was chewing anyway. Then he stopped breathing. I did my best to help him, but in the end I ran to the vet that thankfully is 30 seconds away from our building.
They took him in immediately and we were there for an hour. The doctor could grab anything but Thor got retching when he touched his throat, so they x-rayed his throat. Then there was nothing anymore, so they x-rayed his stomach but couldn’t find any metal or other things on the pictures. We could go home and Thor was fine. We are now keeping an eye on him if he vomits or poops whatever it was that he ate. He puked last night at 4am but it didn’t contain anything that could cause that he was choking.
This city is has so much crap on the streets. Flying leaves is not directly anything we worry about, but things like glass, metal pieces, gum or dangerous medicine. Poor little one!
I’m keeping him calm now. His breathing works fine but he sounds a little weird (probably because the vet put his fingers in his throat). We have woken up several times last night to check on him. Thor’s naps is also a little shorter cause the breathing irritates sometimes. But he is fine which is the most important. Oh so scared I was!
