Oj, vad klockar ar mycket. Jag sov lite langre imorse. Fick inte manga timmars somn igar natt, sa att stanna kvar till 9 imorse tyckte jag att min kropp var vard. Men att dagen sen skulle ga sa fort. Efter att jag spenderat tva timmar pa gymmet gjorde jag iordning vad jag trodde var lunch, men jag tror inte att det raknas som lunch nar klockan ar 4pm:)
Oavsett om det var lunch eller tidig middag sa var det otroligt gott. Jag alskar farg pa tallriken och nar matratten innehaller en massa olika saker. Idag blev det omelett gjord pa agg, mandelmjolk och champinjoner. Till det hade jag mozzarella, gurka, tomat, avokado och granatapple.
Wow, how late it is. I slept a little longer this morning. Didn’t get many hours of sleep the other night, so to stay in bed until 9 this morning I thought was good for my body. But that the day would past by so fast. After I spending two hours at the gym I prepared what I thought was lunch, but I don’t think it can be called lunch when the time is 4pm:)
Whether it was lunch or early dinner, it was incredibly good. I love color on my plate, and when the meal contains a lot of different things. Today I had an omelet made on eggs, almond milk and mushrooms. With that I had mozzarella, cucumber, tomato, avocado and pomegranate.
