On Tuesday night we went to an Italian restaurant that we have been to many times before to celebrate our anniversary. We actually had our first real date there and on Tuesday we got to sit at the table we had the first time. That place is so cute, so Italian, and the food is really good. We ordered mussels and clams for starter and for dinner J had the lasagna like he always get there and I had a lobster and shrimp pasta. Yummy!
When we came home J saw his anniversary gift that I had “made” for him. A photo album with pictures from our honeymoon. I read over a year ago that the first anniversary is the cotton year and second is paper. So last year I gave my husband a bracelet that came in a jewelry box with cotton and this year I gave him a photo album. But, when I had finished the gift on Tuesday I looked online for some reason I don’t remember, and somehow came to see that paper is the first year and cotton is the second year. I was very confused and searched around. Yes, in Sweden the cotton is first and in the US the paper is first. Aaahh, why is it not the same? Oh, well. I wanted to make the album anyway.
