Yesterday we went to Brooklyn Flea to look at records. When we got there we saw that they had much more than just records. Clothes, toys, porcelain, furniture and other stuff. They also had new things from smaller companies and a food court with several different restaurants. We started with lunch and chose food from Asia Dog and sat in one of the bars they had there.Incredibly good burgers that really tasted like a Korean dinner.
The selection of the various stands was unfortunately a bit boring. I found a Led Zeppelin record for Jim for a very good price but other than that there was nothing interesting. But, it’s also more interesting to go to a flea market if you for example have a house and can buy stuff you can redo them. Since we know that we will move from NY in the future and don’t want a lot to pack we don’t want to buy a bunch of stuff now. Our apartment already has way too much stuff that we will need to pack in boxes in the future, hahah.
