Nu snoar det i New York igen. Och mycket. Det ar redan halt och Thor slirar omkring. Jag tror att de ska snoa hela dagen och sen aven senare i veckan. Vi far val se hur city tar hand om det, de brukar ju inte vara sa bra pa det har. 
Igar kvall gjorde jag scones. Jag ville egentligen ha nybakta scones till frukost, men eftersom jag ar radd for gasugnar vagar jag inte gora det nar jag ar ensam. De blev valdigt goda. Super enkelt att gora. Gjorde 10 sma scones. Te och scones med hallonsylt och smor, mmm! 

Now its snowing in New York again. And a lot. It is already slippery and Thor is sliding around. I think it will be snowing all day and then also later in the week. We will see how the city will handle it, they are usually not that good here. 
Last night I made scones. I actually wanted fresh baked scones for breakfast, but since I’m afraid of gas ovens I didn’t wanna do it when I was alone at home.They were very tasty. Super easy to make. Made 10 small scones. Tea and scones with jelly and butter, mmm! 

5 dl mjol / 5 dl flour
2 tsk bakpulver / 2 tsk bakingsoda
½ tsk salt (jag tog lite mindre) / ½ tsk salt (I used a little less)
2 dl mandelmjolk / 2 dl almond milk
75 g smor / 75 g butter
Blanda de torra ingredienserna och sen i med mjolk och smor. Knada ihop en deg och gor sma bullar. In i ugnen i 10-12 min pa 225 grader. Klart, enjoy!
Mix all the dry ingredients and then add milk and butter. Knead to a dough and make small buns. In the oven  for 10-12 min on 225 degrees (= 430). Done, enjoy!
