
…it felt good to be back in the gym. We didn’t eat many times in Minnesota, but when we ate it was a lot of food! After the steak lunch we had on Friday, we were both full for the rest of the day. Even when I went to bed at night it felt like I was still rolling forward from all the lunch.
At the gym today, I was on what I call the “lazy bike” (where you sit more like in a chair and bike, better angle for my knees) to warm up, did 30 minutes of pilates and then just danced around. Not a very long or serious workout, but it was still great!

Don’t ask me what I’m doing, it just felt nice:)
