stupid knees

Two days ago, my right knee started to mess with me. Actually, both knees did, but mostly the right one. I have had pain in my knees for like ten years and I’ve had several people check them and there’s nothing wrong. The pain moves around and shifts between the two, so it’s not just one type of pain. Usually I just need to do something in my neck and back; stretch, get a massage or have it cracked and I’m like a new person in my legs. And usually the pain is in the muscles. I can feel that I am tight in the quads and hamstrings, but this time it feels different. Stairs is hard and I can’t really squat down to play with Thor or whatever without it feels like the bones is gonna break. I’m sure it’s still the muscles that is weak and tight plus we’ve had a few colder days and my body doesn’t function like it should when it’s cold. But it’s scary. Even if people haven’t found anything wrong, you never know.

I have a bunch of exercises I can do and yesterday I went to the gym to work on strengthening the muscles around the knees, both with body weight and weight machines. Knee rehab is not new to me. I’m sure this will go away soon. Today I feel ok in my knees, but I haven’t been outside for a walk yet (J took T out this morning) or gone up and down stairs, so I’ll know more later. I would love to workout and do yoga this weekend, so hopefully this goes away quickly:)
