This morning, after I had taken T out for a potty and said goodbye to my husband, I went down to the gym. A quick warmup, biking and then some strength stuff. The guy who was in there when I came had the music in the speakers really loud, and then he left. I let the music be on and worked out to it. I was in the middle of pushups or situps or I don’t even remember, and the Shake it off song by Taylor Swift came on. I love that song in the movie Sing, when Reese Witherspoon sings it. It makes me joyful. So, I got up and danced. There was another man at the gym too, but I didn’t care, I felt like shaking it out. I mixed dancing with some other stuff, which made it really fun to be at the gym. It was 8am and my body was still pretty tired, so this song really woke me up:)

It was nice to not care, just dance. I felt like being myself, be happy from the song and just go for it. There are cameras at the gym and I’m sure if they would ever watch that footage, they might think I’m weird, but who cares… You only live once:)
