Oh man, it’s been a few really cold days. October brought the fall with mornings of 10 degrees outside! Yesterday and today we were supposed to have a hurricane, but I guess it skipped New York this time. Today we have a blue sky and it’s gonna be warmer again, wohoo! I’m not ready for winter yet. And also, what happened to September? It feels like it was just August…?
I do like the fall in New York though with the change in the trees, pumpkins everywhere, Halloween decorations and you can sit at a cafe in a nice knitted sweater and look at the wind blowing the leaves around outside the window. Until October 1st we’ve had really hot weather so the trees has not changed yet which gives me hope that the winter will stay away a little longer
