Good morning! How are you today? I have not slept a lot, but I am in a good mood anyway. When hubby left for work I thought I could sleep in a little, but no, Mr T wanted to go out. It is absolutely wonderful outside so I didn’t mind getting up to enjoy the morning.
It is so easy to make breakfast when you have already prepared it the day before. Today I had chia and oat pudding. Just mix 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp oats and 1 dl unsweetned almond milk in a jar or a bowl and cover over night in the fridge. It takes less than a minute to pour it in to a serving bowl and add toppings, provided that you know what toppings you want to add for the day. I only added raisins, cranberries and coconut flakes today. After a few bites of my pudding I figured out what was missing. The cinnamon! I love cinnamon, especially in the morning with either oatmeal, yogurt or breakfast pudding.
God morgon! Hur mar ni idag? Jag har inte sovit sa mycket, men jag ar pa bra humor iaf. Nar hubby gatt till jobbet tankte jag att jag kunde ta sovmorgon en stund, men nej, Mr T ville ga ut. Det ar absolut underbart ute sa det gjorde mig inget att kliva upp och njuta av morgonen.
Det ar sa latt att gora frukost nar man redan har forberett det dagen innan. Idag hade jag chia och havre pudding. Bara mixa 1 msk chia fron, 1 msk havregryn och 1 dl osotad mandel mjolk i en burk eller skal och pa med lock over natten i kylen. Det tar mindre an en minute att halla upp det i en serveringsskal och lagga till toppings, forutsatt att du vet vilka topping du vill lagga till for dagen. Jag la bara till russin, tranbar och kokosflingor. Efter nagra tuggor av min pudding kom jag pa vad som saknades. Kanelen! Jag alskar kanel, speciellt pa morgonen med antingen havregrynsgrot, yogurt eller frukost pudding.
