Oh boy, it’s Friday

Vilken underbar fredag. Istallet for att springa ner till veterinaren har vi nu en riktigt harlig lekstund. Jag har traningsvark i quadriceps (framsida lar) idag, det har jag inte haft pa lange. Jag fokuserar aldrig pa quads nar jag dansar eller tranar pa gymmet for jag bygger automatiskt muskler dar och nar man dansar ar det hamstrings (baksida lar) man bor fokusera pa for att lyfta benet, inte ta i fran quads. Aja, jag far stretcha ordentligt idag. Jag har en hel del jag vill fa gjort idag, sa bast att jag satter igang:)

What a lovely Friday. Instead of running down to the vet, we now have a really great playtime instead. I have workout pain in quadriceps (the front of the thigh) today, I haven’t had that in a long time. I never focus on quads when I dance or work out at the gym cause I automatically build muscles there and when you dance its hamstrings (back of the thigh) you should focus on to lift the leg, not take from the quad. Oh well, I have to do a good stretch today. I have some things I need to take care of today, so I better start:)
