Last night I made a simple but good colorful dinner for us. Sweet potato, cooked carrots, homemade tsatsiki, tomatoes and salmon. Mmm, so tasty! Sweet potato is so good!
After that we watched two episodes of Welcome to Sweden. I have been curious what it is since its my favorite Amy Poehler’s brother that created it and Amy is executive. Not that good. I was laughing like crazy on two scenes and could not stop. Swedish language and how the Swedish people is, is humorous itself and that’s maybe why they created this tv-show about it.
