Gick ett par turer inne pa Independence Hall, fodelseplatsen for Declaration of Independence och The Constitution.

Wow, what a weekend we’ve had! We have been so busy! We really had a wonderful weekend!
On Saturday we took the 7am train to Philadelphia. When we arrived at 8:30, we took a taxi to tourist area and ate breakfast on a restaurant. The weather was already wonderful and we began our tourist day with the Liberty Bell. We were lucky, almost no people there, just five minutes later, the line into the hose was so long. We walked a bit and visited the Betsy Ross House and saw where the American flag was created. We continued to Elfreth’s Alley, a small British street and then back to all the other historical things. Walked a couple of tours inside Independence Hall, the birthplace of The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution. Then it was time to check in at the hotel by the water.
We were now almost done with all tourism. I wanted to visit a prison that I had read about, but it was far outside town, so we have to visit that some other time. Instead we went and sat on an outdoor terrace on an Irish pub . So incredibly good food! And the sun was warm and it was suddenly summer. Wonderful! Next to us sat a Swedish “skåning” (south of Sweden) on skype with all sorts of people in Sweden. Funny that hear Swedes talking and Jim thought it sound strange, hahha.
Made a quick stop at the hotel and then off for hockey.
