Vilken harlig dag vi har haft. Borjade dagen med att lyssna pa faglarna utanfor fonstret kl 7am (vi bor som i en bubbla pa Manhattan, sa konstigt). Efter lunchtid gick vi ut pa en promenad och har precis kommit tillbaka och klockan ar nastan 7. Vadret har varit jattefint. Det blaser mycket, speciellt nara vattnet, men annars ar det varmt och skont.
Vi har promenerat i “ghost town”, under Brooklyn Bridge, genom China Town, in i Soho, genom West Village, suttit i en bar i Tribeca och atit sushi har i Battery Park City. Nu ar vi trotta i benen och matta i magen. Dags for nagra avsnitt av basta serien Parks & Recreation.
What a fantastic day we’ve had. Began the day with listening to the birds outside the window at 7am (we live in a bubble on Manhattan, so weird). After lunch we went out for a walk and we just got back home, and it’s almost 7. The weather has been wonderful. It’s really windy, especially near the water, but otherwise it’s hot and nice.
We walked into the “ghost town”, under the Brooklyn Bridge, through Chinatown, in Soho, through the West Village, sat in a bar in Tribeca and ate sushi in Battery Park City. Now we have tired legs and full stomachs. Time for a few episodes of the best tv-show, Parks & Recreation.
