Vi tog oss an fredagens utmaning, lyckades med ett projekt vi trodde var omöjligt och hade en rolig heldag i Newport, RI. Jag är glad över att ha fått äran att vara en del av detta projekt och jag är stolt över mig själv att jag tog mig igenom det.
Jag vet faktiskt inte hur mycket jag får säga om detta projektet. Det handlar ju ändå om militären i USA. Men jag kan tala om att vi fick träffa en grymt trevlig grupp på ungefär 20 väldigt smarta och roliga personer. Majoriteten var ju män precis som vi förväntat oss, men andra saker som vi hade förutfattade meningar om stämde inte alls. Vi var även väldigt nervösa över att de inte skulle tycka att det var en kul dag eller att de inte skulle känna att de fick ut något av det. Oh boy va vi hade fel:)
Vi tre dansare fick först inte komma in. Ingen hade ju tänkt på att de inbjudna dansarna kanske inte skulle vara U.S citizens, så vi hade lite problem under morgonen. Men när vi väl kom in möttes vi av ett glatt gäng och alla de planer vi hade haft med morgonen ändrades något och redan från början till slut hade vi gruppen med oss och de var väldigt engagerade.
ENGLISH: We took Friday’s challenge, managed to do the project we thought was impossible and had a fun day in Newport, RI. I am glad to have got the honor to be a part of this project and I’m proud of myself that I got through it.
I really don’t know how much I can say about this project. It is, after all, the U.S military. But I can tell you that we got to meet a really nice group of about 20 very smart and funny people. The majority was men just as we expected, but other things we had preconceptions about didn’t fit at all. We were also very nervous that they would not think it was a fun day, or they would not feel like they got something out of it. Oh boy, how we were wrong:)
Us three dancers were first not allowed to enter. Nobody had thought about that the invited dancers might not be U.S Citizens, so we had some problems during the morning. But when we came in we were greeted by a happy bunch of people and all the plans we had for the morning changed slightly and right from the beginning to the end, we had the group with us and they were very engaged.
